We’ve had customers ask us where SmartCarry® “Invisible Holsters”™ were made. To answer this question, we’ve decided to add this page. For many years, SmartCarry® concealed carry holsters have been constructed at a sewing shop in Madeira Beach, FL. Construction of the SmartCarry holster requires many steps.

To achieve a balance of comfort and durability, we use the best materials available. The ingredients include denim, quilting, Cushmax®, elastic, Velcro® and thread. Using heavy-duty, industrial sewing machines, the basis of design and construction is modular. Making the holsters and strapping lengths separately allows us to immediately customize your holster and, usually, ship it to you the next day.

Construction of SmartCarry® holsters requires a steady hand, concentration and most importantly, experience.
